Invitations
Use Invitations to invite a new person into your organization. Invitations are currently for new users only.
Warning
Use this for new users only. Existing accounts cannot be added this way yet.
How It Works
An Admin enters the invitee's email address from Organization settings. CVEalert sends an invitation link to that address.
The invitee follows the normal signup flow from the invitation link. After registration, the account is assigned to the organization as a Viewer.
Existing Accounts
Invitations do not currently add an already registered account to another organization.
If you need to add someone who already has an account, either:
- Delete the registered account and invite the email again.
- Contact support at info@cvealert.io.
Notes
- Invitations can be sent, reviewed, resent after expiry, or removed from Organization settings.
- Invitation actions require the Admin role.
- Pending invitations appear in the Invitations table until they are accepted or removed.
