Delete Account

Use Delete Account when you want to permanently remove your CVEalert account. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Account deletion is permanent. Export any logs or alert history you need before continuing.

Before You Delete

Check organization ownership

If your organization only has your account, deletion can remove the organization and its data as part of the same action.

If other people use the organization, make sure another Admin remains before deleting your account.

Close blockers first

Cancel or transfer active billing before deleting your account. Also remove pending invitations that you sent or that still belong to an organization you own.

If deletion is blocked because of billing, ownership, or invitations, update those settings first or contact support.

Delete Your Account

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
  5. Submit the deletion request.

After deletion, you are signed out and redirected to the login page.
