Organization
Use Organization to manage the workspace your team shares in CVEalert. Monitoring, alerts, members, invitations, billing, limits, and integrations are scoped to the organization.
Tip
Keep Admin access limited to people who need billing, member, or organization-level control.
Common Tasks
Review organization status
Use the overview to confirm the organization name, subscription, your role, member count, monitoring usage, alert usage, and integration status.
This is the best place to check whether the workspace is near plan or usage limits.
Manage members
Members are people who already have access to the organization. Review their role, account status, and 2FA status as part of routine access reviews.
Remove members when they leave the team or no longer need access.
Invite new members
Invite members by email and assign a role that matches their work. Invitations must be accepted before the member can access the organization.
Expired or incorrect invitations can be removed and recreated.
Manage billing
Admins can open billing and invoices from the Organization page. Billing changes affect the organization, not only the individual account making the change.
